Paste the day's stops, say how many drivers you have, and get each driver's route in the best order on real roads, with drive times and one Google Maps™ link each. Free, no account.
Quick answer
To plan routes for several drivers, split the stops so each driver covers one area, then put each driver's stops in the order that drives least. Paste your stops below with a start address and the number of drivers: the planner shares the stops out across the drivers on real roads, keeps each day within the shift, and gives every driver a Google Maps™ link with their stops in order.
0 stops · up to 100
Every stop is timed against every other on real roads, then the stops are split so the whole team drives as little as possible while each driver's day, driving plus time at each stop, fits in the shift. Each driver gets about the same number of stops. Stops that can't fit are listed, never dropped silently.
Drive times from our own routing on OpenStreetMap roads. Times are for normal traffic, not live traffic, so build in some slack for rush hour. Each driver navigates with their Google Maps™ link as usual.
How do I plan routes for multiple drivers?
Paste the stops, enter where the drivers start and how many drivers you have, and choose the shift length. The planner shares the stops out on real roads so the team drives as little as possible and every day fits the shift, then gives each driver their stops in order.
Can Google Maps™ plan routes for several drivers?
No. Google Maps™ takes one driver through stops in the order you type them, up to 10 in the app. This planner splits the stops between drivers, works out the best order for each, then gives each driver a Google Maps™ link with their stops in that order, up to 100 stops in all.
How many stops and drivers can I plan?
Up to 100 stops and 10 drivers at a time. Plans over 10 stops ask for an email and are sent to you as well as shown here.
What if the stops don't fit in the shift?
The ones that don't fit are listed under "Not in any route", never dropped silently. Add a driver or lengthen the shift and plan again.
Does it use live traffic?
No. Drive times are for normal traffic on OpenStreetMap roads, so allow some slack at rush hour. Drivers still navigate with Google Maps™, which has live traffic.
Is it free?
Yes. Planning, the map and every driver's Google Maps™ link are free, with no account.
