Paste the day's delivery stops, depot first, or upload the CSV. Get the order with the least driving and one Google Maps™ link for the driver. Up to 100 stops, free, no signup.
Quick answer
Put the depot on the first line, then every drop, one per line. Put the depot on the last line too if the driver comes back. The planner times every stop against every other on real roads, orders the drops for the least driving, and gives you one Google Maps™ link with every stop loaded, ready to text to the driver.
Want the whole list on a map first? Map your delivery stops and mark each one delivered or failed.
Yes. Plan up to 100 stops a route, as often as you need. Routes over 10 stops ask for your email once on this device, so the route is emailed to you as well as shown here. No newsletter.
Up to 100. The Google Maps™ app takes 10, and its documented links take 25. Your link uses a tested form that loads all 100 stops on desktop and mobile. For more than 100 drops in a day, split them into runs or across drivers.
Put the depot on the first line. The last line is where the route ends, so put the depot there too if the driver comes back.
Yes, with the route planner for multiple drivers: up to 100 stops shared across up to 10 drivers, each day kept within the shift, with a Google Maps™ link for each driver.
Yes. Upload a CSV with an Address column, or Street, City, State and ZIP columns, or Latitude and Longitude. Or copy the rows out of Excel or Google Sheets and paste them. The file is read in your browser.
Not on this page: it orders the drops for the least driving. In Google Sheets, the InstaMaps =VISIT_ORDER formula can keep a time slot per stop with InstaMaps Pro.
No. Drive times are for normal traffic on OpenStreetMap roads, so allow some slack at rush hour. The driver navigates with Google Maps™, which has live traffic.
