How many visits can I plan?

Up to 11 per route, because that is the most one Google Maps link can carry. Bigger day? Split it into a morning and afternoon route.

Does it account for appointment times?

No, it optimises pure drive time. If two customers have fixed slots, plan around them and let the tool order the flexible visits in between.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. Stops are geocoded to build the route and are not stored.
