Upload or paste a list of US addresses and get everything the government maps say about each one, in one file: county, city, ZIP, census tract and its income level, school district, congressional and state legislative districts, FEMA flood zone and natural hazard risk. Free, no account.
Quick answer
A bulk address lookup takes a list of addresses and returns the official areas each one falls in. The government tools each answer one question for one address at a time: the Census Bureau's geocoder for the county and tract, FEMA's map for the flood zone, NCES for the school district. Paste your list below and get all of them, plus congressional district, HUBZone, Opportunity Zone and USDA eligibility, for every address at once.

US addresses with a house number and a state or ZIP. Only the address is used for the check.
County and state with the FIPS code, city or town, ZIP code area, census tract with its 11-digit GEOID and FFIEC income level, metro area, school district (unified, or elementary and secondary), congressional district, state senate and house districts, urban or rural, FEMA flood zone with the base flood elevation where FEMA gives one, FEMA's overall natural hazard rating and the hazards rated highest, and whether it's in a HUBZone, an Opportunity Zone or a USDA home loan area. Your own columns stay in the download.
Counties and tracts from the Census Bureau's 2025 boundaries; city, ZIP code area, school districts and the congressional and state legislative districts from the Census Bureau's geocoder; tract income levels from the FFIEC census file; flood zones from FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer; hazard ratings from FEMA's National Risk Index; HUBZones from SBA, Opportunity Zones from Treasury and USDA areas from USDA Rural Development. Addresses are placed with our own US address data.
A screening lookup, not an official determination: confirm a flood zone with a FEMA flood zone determination, and a school assignment with the district, before relying on it.
How do I look up the county and school district for a list of addresses?
Paste the list or upload your spreadsheet above. Every address comes back with its county, school district and the rest as new columns, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets™.
Which school district does it give?
The district whose boundary the address is inside, from the Census Bureau's school district boundaries: a unified district, or an elementary and a secondary district where a state splits them. It's the district, not the assigned school.
Which congressional districts does it use?
The current ones, as the Census Bureau's geocoder has them, with the state senate and state house districts.
How many addresses can I look up?
Up to 5,000 per list. The first 25 show straight away; enter a work email to look up the rest and download the whole file.
Is there a UK version?
Yes: the bulk postcode lookup gives the council, ward, constituency and deprivation decile for UK addresses and postcodes.
Do you keep my list?
Your addresses are used to run the lookup. They aren't shared or sold. Only the map point of each address goes to the Census Bureau's geocoder, never the address.
