1. Acceptance of Terms

By using InstaMaps Google™ Sheets Add-On ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

InstaMaps is a Google™ Sheets add-on that provides territory mapping and route planning. The Service:

• Maps address data from your Google™ Sheets
• Generates optimized routes for multi-stop visits
• Filters locations by criteria
• Exports results back to Google™ Sheets

3. Free Service

InstaMaps is currently provided FREE of charge with no credit card required. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with advance notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service lawfully and ethically
• Not abuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Not use the Service for spam or malicious purposes
• Maintain security of your Google™ account

5. Google™ Sheets Access

InstaMaps requires access to Google™ Sheets you explicitly open. You can revoke access anytime through Google™ Account settings. We do NOT access sheets you haven't opened in InstaMaps.

6. Limitations of Liability

InstaMaps is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate geocoding or routing results
• Google™ Maps API errors or downtime
• Data loss (always backup your Google™ Sheets)
• Business decisions made using the Service

7. Termination

You may stop using InstaMaps anytime by removing the add-on. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
