Questions
Can I see all my rentals on one map?
Yes — =INSTAMAP() returns a live map of the portfolio that updates when you add properties. Share the link with a partner or property manager.
How do I plan an inspection route across properties?
Use =VISIT_ORDER() to number properties in nearest-neighbour order from your base, then =ROUTE_LINK() to open the run in Google Maps.
The addresses in my sheet are messy — does that matter?
=CLEAN_ADDRESS() standardises each one and shows exactly what was matched, so rent letters and filings use the proper postal form.
