No — the =LOGBOOK_LINK() cell is a plain web link. It opens on any phone, works offline (check-offs queue and send when signal returns), and the camera is the check-off: tap a stop, snap the drop, done.
The =VISIT_STATUS() formula pulls each stop's latest status, time, driver, note and photo link into the sheet. Set File → Settings → Calculation to "On change and every minute" and it refreshes itself while you watch.
