Upload a bordereau, a schedule of properties or any list of addresses. Every row comes back with where it is, how precisely we placed it, its official flood zone, recorded crime nearby (UK) and natural-hazard ratings (US). Up to 1,000 addresses, UK and US.

Where's your list?
or paste addresses, one per line
๐ Your file is read in your browser; only the addresses are sent for scoring and they aren't stored.
What's in the report
Placement: latitude and longitude, and whether we matched the building, the street, the postcode or only the town โ so you know which rows to trust.
Flood zone: England โ Environment Agency Flood Map for Planning (Zone 3 high, Zone 2 medium, Zone 1 low). US โ FEMA flood zone (A and V zones are high-risk Special Flood Hazard Areas). Zones ignore flood defences.
Crime (UK): crimes recorded by the police within about 250 m in the latest published month (data.police.uk).
Natural hazards (US): FEMA National Risk Index rating for the census tract, and the worst single hazard โ hurricane, wildfire, tornado, hail, earthquake, flood and more.
Checking a bordereau
Export the bordereau from Excel as it is โ we find the address columns (address, city, state, ZIP or postcode) and read them together, then hand the file back with the scores added as new columns. Nothing in your file is changed.
