What does the score mean?

It weighs how many rows will actually land on a map, how many duplicates you have, and how complete the addresses are. 85+ means the list is ready for mapping, routing, or a CRM import.

Is my list stored?

No. We sample up to 200 rows to compute the grade and do not keep your data.
