# Proof of Delivery Run Sheet

The run sheet that collects its own proof: one link for the driver (no app, no login), a tap-with-photo per stop, and status, time, driver and photo landing back in these columns.

## What's inside

## Set-up (60 seconds)

1. Click "Make a copy" above — the template opens in your Google Sheets.

3. **Turn the formulas on:** in your sheet, open **Extensions → InstaMaps → ⚡ Enable formulas** (once per sheet). Any `#NAME?` cells recalculate — reload the page if they linger.
4. Replace the sample rows with your data — every formula stays live.

## Questions

Does my driver need to install an app or sign in?

No — the =LOGBOOK\_LINK() cell is a plain web link. It opens on any phone, works offline (check-offs queue and send when signal returns), and the camera is the check-off: tap a stop, snap the drop, done.

How does the proof get back into my spreadsheet?

The =VISIT\_STATUS() formula pulls each stop's latest status, time, driver, note and photo link into the sheet. Set File → Settings → Calculation to "On change and every minute" and it refreshes itself while you watch.

Is this really free?

Yes — the template, the driver link, photo proof and the live map are free, and normal daily use fits the formulas' free tier (cached results never re-spend it).
