# Route optimization inside the sheet you already dispatch from

Your jobs live in a spreadsheet. Keep them there: =TERRITORY assigns them to the right tech, =VISIT\_ORDER sequences each day, =TRAVEL\_TIME shows real driving minutes, and =INSTAMAP gives every tech a live map. Free.

Built for

Dispatchers and owner-operators routing techs, inspectors and installers.

## What the generic tools get wrong

Routing software that costs per-seat per-month for what a formula can do.

Dispatch happens in a spreadsheet, then gets retyped into a routing tool.

Techs calling in for the next address instead of working from a live map.

## How you'd use it

1. Assign every job to the nearest tech’s zone with =TERRITORY.
2. Sequence each tech’s day with =VISIT\_ORDER and real =TRAVEL\_TIME minutes.
3. Share one live map per tech; update the sheet and the map follows.

Statuses, ready for your job

Every pin can carry a status and notes. We set these up for you, and you can add your own.

ScheduledEn routeDoneIssue

A service team routes every morning from one sheet: zones, order, and a map link per tech.
